Target Audience

Workers likely to be cited to attend Court in their professional role, including Social Workers and Social Work Assistants, Health Visitors, Substance Use Workers, Early Years Practitioners, Teachers, Midwives and Third Sector services such as Family Workers.

Aim

To de-mystify what it means to be a witness in court, to know what to expect and to explain the differences between children’s proof hearings and criminal trials.

This interactive session is facilitated by a Children’s Reporter and provides a helpful opportunity for you to share experiences, engage in discussion and ask questions.
